This year’s theme invites collectives to reflect on the relationship between the past, present, and future in our communities - from revisiting histories and memory, to engaging ancestral knowledge, to imagining new futures. The call is especially interested in how communities understand and narrate time, how time connects to territory, and how visual storytelling can help rethink where we come from and where we’re going.

The call is open to groups or collectives of three or more people based in Africa and Ibero-America, working on visual, audiovisual, or transmedia projects that connect with the theme.
